Laughing Lotus is also the home page for Yoga with Donna M.  My years of spiritual practice have taught me that one of the results of yoga is harmonizing and unifying all aspects of ourselves with the world around us. So what better way to live from this place, than combine my boutique website with my yoga classes.  I thank you for taking the time to visit this page.

For over 15 years I have passionately studied many styles of yoga and mediation with profound masters and I am very honored to offer back my knowledge and experience.  I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and Reiki Master. I aim to meet the individual needs of my students, and I enjoy working with students new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners.   I use awareness of breath, energy flow and music in a class built around alignment, flow, restorative poses, and guided meditations.  Classes are heart-centered, safe, sacred and fun.

Yoga with Donna is the highlight of my week! Her use of beneficial breath and gently flowing poses organically blends meditation and motion. Her classes encourage deeply uplifting and inspiring personal exploration. She is sensitive to our individual needs as well as our unique gifts. Props are happily a welcome part of the practice, promoting comfort, support, and judgment-free self-compassion. Lovingly selected music playing quietly in the background adds to the serenity.
